"We travel to Madison regularly, and we have always stayed here. As we get older, comfortable beds has been a priority. Unfortunately, on this trip, our bed was hard as a rock and lopsided.
We ended up in one of the rooms for the hearing impaired (which is great that they provide this kind of accessibility for this invisible handicap, and I am hearing impaired.), and the only problem was the terrible bed.
Other than that, staff was friendly, everything was clean and tidy. We will keep staying here, but I will make sure we don't book an accessibility room."
