"We were unable to check-in right away when we arrived. We were early by 25 minutes, but had to wait 45 to get a room. They did upgrade us at that time. The room was good, but had a very strong chlorine smell that never dissipated. The room was quiet. A good breakfast was included. The area did have a few sketchy characters, but was convenient to shopping, the movie theatre, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly."

"Great stay! Lubna at front desk was exceptional! So helpful and friendly!!!! Pool was heated but a little cloudy. Breakfast starting at 6am was a plus because we were there for a dance comp with early mornings. My daughter thought the Waffles and sausages at breakfast were delicious and the kitchen staff was also friendly and helpful. Room was clean and check in and check out were a breeze. "

I tried to show him my reservation number and confirmation and he declined to look. He said he doesn't deal with expedia. He said all the rooms are filled which leads me to suspect they booked my room out to someone else. "
