"Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy. "

Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. "Name of the hotel was not what is in hotels.com website.. no one was there to receive us at night.. only dogs were there.. had to call the owner and cancel the booking.. not sure whether they have cancelled my booking.. terrible experience at night.. pls ensure to cancel the booking and refund if payment has already realized.."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Kandy House. Its location outside the central area allowed us to have a tranquil and restful break from the hustle of the city. Yet, we were still within about a 10 minute drive of the Kandy Lake area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly roomy.
