"This is a nice hotel but what gives it the 5 star rating is the staff. Every person is helpful, friendly and speaks to you on a personal level. I had requested specific beds and it was honored and upon entering the room, they even had the extra bedding we needed ready for us. All of the staff would acknowledge you and was amazing. "The stay was great, but they put up a lot of resistance to early checkin. I was looking to get into the room at 2pm and their normal checkin time is 3pm. When I arrived there was only one other car in their parking lot and that night the place was not busy. They could have just let me check in an hour early. Should not have been a difficult request. Everything else about the hotel was great!"

"It was clean and the night staff (Caroline?) was amazing. Hotel was busy and she was always helpful, always respectful and always knowledgeable. It wasn’t filthy just seemed like an older hotel and for the price point and proximity to what we were doing I don’t think it could have been better. Pool is very chlorinated but the actual room was ventilated enough you only noticed after going in the water for a while. One of the cleaner less mildew-y indoor hotel pools I’ve come across.
