"There is a per day charge for parking in an open lot that is not stated when booking. Bathroom had black hair in the sink and toilet so was not cleaned. There was gum on the floor. Suite had no bedding for pull out and I had to call twice to get it and took 45 min then had no comforter or blankets. Late night staff seemed extremely upset about helping with this issue. Do not recommend "

"There were lots of options at the included breakfast buffett. The food was above par, with both warm foods i.e. biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes etc. to grab n go options like fruit and yogurts and such. The dining area had plenty of room. One could enjoy coffee, water, juices, and hot choclate or tea as well! A very good way to start the day..."

"Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"The room was very clean though it had a slight musty smell and the hallway also had a slight odor. The parking is an open surface lot without security even though it’s an extra $30. The room had USB-A ports, no USB-C options. The bathroom was very nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good - it ended at 9:30 which seems early for a weekend. "

"Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!"

"Underground parking with secure entry directly into the hotel was great. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable however could have used some upgrades. The toilet seat was pretty worn and could use a replacement as well as some staining on the desk chair which was super noticeable. The pool was freezing but our son still enjoyed it and we enjoyed the hot tub. The area is great and has so many food options within walking distance as well as grocery in the same lot. "Wonderful hotel in a great location, especially if you're attending an event at Target Center. You can use the Skywalk to go right into the venue without going outside, which is great if it's wintertime. The rooms are spacious, the staff is super-friendly and helpful. The lobby restaurant has great food. The only ding is that ice and vending is only located on two floors, but that's a minor quibble. I highly recommend The Royal Sonesta. "
