"This claims to be a luxury hotel. It is NOT. More like a 4 star at the low end. The main restaurant only had seating on a patio on a busy street....the actual restaurant was closed up. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was so outdated...and things just didn't work properly."

"What a way to start our vacation. The hotel aesthetic was modern, inviting, clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and cosy. The location was centrally located. Easy walk to old town but not in a crowded busy area. The restaurant was also very nice. The porch area provided the perfect ambiance for breakfast and dinner. "Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. I would have given the hotel a much better review if the air conditioning actually did anything or even if they would acknowledge that the air conditioning wasn't up to the current extreme heatwave, and if the guy working the front desk on the evening of July 28th hadn't been such a condescending jerk.
