"The staff were exceptional friendly and multi-lingual. There are free light snacks and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast staff was also friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh and simple. Our room was pristine and clean. House keeping was on the spot every morning. The hotel is in prime location for everything (shopping, food, tours). The hotel attached restaurant was 5 star. Make reservations. The line gets long. "

"This hotel is in a very active and busy location but feels very safe. It’s clean with fast wifi and great air conditioning. The staff are helpful and the food is delicious. The only issue is the cleaning products are heavily scented so be mindful if you have allergies and bring antihistamines and consider not having the room cleaned daily while your there. "

"After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10. "
