The first would be to provide guests with the information ahead of time that the unit is located at The Grand Sandestin - our airport shuttle seemed to have a difficult time without this bit of information even though the address was provided. The second would be a recommendation for bedsheets with deeper pockets - my husband and I fought the sheets the entire length of our stay because...

"The property was good. It’s in a good location, it is not on the beach. It’s close to the beach. It is in walking distance to the beach. The view that they show is accurate. The hostess was not very responsive when I try to reach out about check-in. I noticed later in my email that they had sent it at 8 o’clock in the morning so I overlooked the email I didn't see it but once I did, I did check in and the check-in went smoothly."

"I love how the lady in the front was very sweet and very aware of things, checking in with her was very smooth and fast. Everytime I had a question she was very quick to answer any of them and made my kids and my stay a very great one! Once we got to the room it was very well furnished and very clean. We will definitely be returning here once we visit Destin again and I’ll definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Florida."

"My family and I loved the hotel. We loved the suite amenities and the breakfast, happy hour drinks and snacks. It was convenient to all our needs and we had the best time! The available soda and coffee helped us keep the children happy. The staff was cordial when we asked for blankets and additional toilet paper. The bartender was so nice. Jesse took great care of the dining area in the lobby taking our plates and cleaning the area with extreme courtesy. We will be back!"
