"The hotel itself needs better customer service. You ask them something, and nobody knows anything—they can't help you. They give you a number to call, but no one ever answers. Honestly, I wouldn't stay there again."

"First , there is black mold in the first tower where the pool is located and in the mirrors. We were in the second tower and not once did house keeping go clean or delivered fresh towels. Every time I tried calling the front desk at first would go through and then the phone number kept saying out of service . Finally we decided to check out early and go to another hotel to actually shower. No one was at the front desk , a sign was left with a phone number ( same phone number saying it was out...

"The stay wasn’t what I expected they have guests that actually live there as a primary residence it’s more of apartment than a hotel we had to change our room due to the room not being clean bathroom had hair in the sink and tub the floors needed to be mopped overall I wouldn’t recommend this place"

"This is definitely a hidden gem. The location is perfect. Close to city life and convenience of beach access and the pool. The room is spacious and it has the necessary items for a short stay. We will definitely be back"

"Location is excellent and the property overall is in good condition. We booked through Global Luxury Suites which was probably the worst part of this experience. Host didn’t respond to inquiries. Only one toilet paper roll was provided, no paper towels provided, one portion of laundry detergent was provided (even though you are expected to wash your own towels). The employees at the front desk are hit or miss. We ended up having to go buy our own toilet paper, our own detergent, and our own body...
