The location is near the Ipanema beach, safer than Copacabana, the rooms and facilities are nice and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. O anfitrião só aparece na hora do check in, depois para qql suporte a comunicação foi via WhatsApp. Até o check out me informei por ali e se eu não tivesse perguntado ninguém teria me informado dos procedimentos, que eram deixar a chave no quarto e sair, não há ninguém que recebe.
