"Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. The pool is wonderful and very safe for kids but CLOSED ON TUESDAYS! Nice size bathroom and living room. Cons : the bedroom has closet space but is a little small. We had no hot water but decided to just accept it as is. And any customer...

"Staff are friendly and helpful but room had no balcony or view as it looks into other apartments. Wi-Fi and TV stopped working after the first day."

"The property is well secured, guards are on duty all the time making you feel safe, it is very close to Centrio Ayala Mall and is quieter than the one facing the Main Street! Owner was very accommodating and made sure that I have everything I need. They were also very flexible as to checkin and checkout time as I arrived quiet late and checked out a day earlier. Excellent location for a very low price!"
