"I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe."

"The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. And then while we are trying to rest for the few hours we were in the room, someone comes to us saying we are required to pay him for his 5 gallon of water he is delivering to us. "Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever."
