"Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. "This place is great however overpriced and not a lot of options for excursions. The food options were limited and they seemed to be out of everything, so it was slim pickings when it came to meals in a remote location. The mountain rooms suck, you can see right in them and so you have to keep the curtains drawn, which really doesn't matter as the view is horrible. "
