"The room was nice enough but it had an odor about it, it stunk, maybe it was the cleaning supplies used. Some updates but still felt old. The bathroom sink was clogged, couldn't use it. That was terrible. Staff was not helpful at checkin. The person behind the desk tried to charge me a second time, the room was prepaid. Way overpriced and overrated for what we got. I would not stay again."

"Electrical plugs were all loose and difficult to get to work. We had two nights scheduled however the party noise right outside our windows made for very poor sleeping so we left only staying one night. We complained to the management and they said they would talk to them."

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"A fantastic spot to stay! Looks to be recently updated. It has a great common space in the back with lots of amenities. The staff were also super helpful and accommodating."
