"Love this hotel! Having breakfast, bar, and restaurant on property is so convenient! Love their happy hour. Great lobby area. So clean and staff is so friendly. Smells great throughout hotel. We Never stay anywhere else in Biloxi!"

"The hotel is easy, convenient and beautiful across from the beach. We enjoyed our stay but wish it had been a little cleaner. I am sure the rooms are turned over quickly this time of year, but there was old food in our fridge and old fries under the bed. The bathroom was nice but could have been cleaner. The wall had mold on the wallpaper and the artwork in the room was also molded. I am sure with the hot summer climate these things happen but mold is always a concern. It is an older hotel that...

"The hotel didn’t have our room ready when we arrived around 5 and were unsure when it would be ready. They said we could use the pool while waiting, but our swimsuits were packed in our luggage. They offered to down grade our room from a platinum to a regular room no refund. The front desk attendant was absolutely amazing but she was one of the best parts of the trip. The manager finally comped us dinner and refunded the difference in rooms. The pools liner is bubbling up and it’s noticeable....

"This property is GREAT! The only complaint we have is that there was mildew on the a/c vent and on a lampshade in room 6112. The room was clean; however, when walking into the room, you could smell the mildew. I suggest the air filters be changed out and the filters cleaned properly."
