"Staff is the reason to stay! Every single person day or night on the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. You want easy-going on vacation, minimal hassle and they gave it. My partner is disabled and they made our stay feel smooth, with is uncommon unfortunately. They held doors, they grabbed plates, they moved lifts, took pictures, kept luggage, held my package, greeted people coming back from the game. While that may be things any hotel should do, that is not always the case. Certainly there are many places that dont do it with a smile and a no problem. I went to the pool hot tub 15mins before it closed just to jet my legs a few mins after walking all day. The staff was already cleaning, they didnt eye roll, ask me to leave early, or even bother me about it.
Everything was advertised correctly in room and amenities but that is a bonus to me. Going to arch park, river, or game. This is the hotel to book."
