No hairdryer...requested 2 times did not receive TV did not work properly...requested 3 time no one came to assist Servicing room...when asked why room not serviced told that it was done on request. Breakfast No bread or toaster for toast."

"Breakfast staff had an employee on one of the days that was compulsively rude and needed to be told several different times to leave our family alone. This resulted in that staff member spraying tables down and making sure the spray was hitting our family and food at the tables. Tried talking with management was told by a person at the desk they would talk to the employee. Submitted a complaint and received nothing back 6 days later. "

"Our room wasn’t cleaned once the whole 3 nights we were there. No towels in the hot tub area. "

"Not sure about the kiosk, for checking in and out. Otherwise the staff was friendly if you saw them walking around. Other areas were all good, not great"
