"At no point was I informed that weekend housekeeping is only available upon request. Even after I checked back into both rooms again on Saturday, no one mentioned it.
I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

"From the time we walked in we felt so welcomed and so at home. The front staff lady was the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendliest person we've met at a hotel. She remembered us throughout our week there and just made the stay so much better. I don't know if I can say her name here, but it starts with an N and I can't wait to see her next year. "Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge.
Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc).
Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation.
Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders...
