Hotel New Grand
The hotel is little bit old however, staffs are super polite and nice. The location was awesome. Great experience. When we go back to Yokohama, we will definitely stay this hotel again.

Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. Love the laundry in the room, we used it nightly! Supermarket right below is super convenient, especially when there’s a sizable refrigerator and a dining table in every room.
