"Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Polstermöbel und Badearmaturen bedürfen einer Überholung. Personal ist bemüht aber nicht ausreichend vorhanden (Abendessen dauerte ewig,Getränke ca. 20 Minuten und nochmals 45 Minuten oben auf bis das Essen serviert wurde).
War geschmacklich aber gut und ansprechend serviert."

"We booked Landhotel Gut Wildberg because it advertised a spa with saunas, wellness treatments, a swimming pool, and a children's pool. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
After a 6-hour drive, the last 3 km were on broken roads with a 30 km/h limit. The hotel looked more like an old barn than a wellness hotel.
Check-in was rushed, with little information. Our room was in a barn-like building with narrow stairs and no elevator.
When we asked about the sauna, reception was...

"First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff member at reception refused to take our luggage. Despite the fact that it was raining, the weather was extremely cold, and we were tourists carrying our luggage, she told us very rudely that she could not take it. She did not even inform us that there was a place where we could sit and wait, nor did she make any effort to assist us.
She spent approximately half an hour on the phone and appeared extremely tense and irritated throughout the...

"Whilst functional & clean, I feel this hotel is trading on the Radisson name to draw you in to pay a price tag, it’s not necessarily worth
The price tag, in my opinion, didn’t it reflect the amenities.
The room had no basics - no kettle, no fridge. Coffee was only available during breakfast time from the restaurant, which was limiting in terms of weekend hours (only from 7am)
