"This was our diet last time visiting Mögen and staying at this resort! We had a lovely time. The hotel is easy to locate, does have onsite parking (when my family & I visited was flooded) along with free street side parking, recommended by the hotel staff. Our rental car was completely fine parking on the road. The hotel was very clean, staff super nice & friendly.
Our room was wonderful as was the pool. We did not visit the hotel restaurant (always walked to other restaurants) but had their breakfast each day, which was phenomenal! The selection amazing and definitely did not disappoint.
The onsite gym is small, but has enough variety to get a good workout in each day if one chooses.
The resort is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, & other restaurants! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and my family and I would recommend staying here!"
"A lovely hotel.
Rooms are spacious and luxurious - good amenities and a great air conditioning system.
Hotel facilities good with nice swimming pool, lots of sunbeds scattered around the pool area and beyond, a well equipped gym and good spa facilities (albeit operates with a booking system which isn't ideal).
Food was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could wish for and the buffet dinners were great with different cuisines every night (also a separate a la carte restaurant if you want).
Staff service was wonderful - every member of staff was friendly and willing to please.
Small beach on doorstep of hotel and two larger beaches a very short walk away."
"Great hotel, seventh time here. It's in need of a little tlc, but overall very good. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and local transport. Only one downside... the music around the pool is way to loud, and, as it's a continuous loop of Spanish Latin dance music, it gets annoying when it's on all day."
"Hotel is a nice10 minute stroll to the marina area . Great market on a friday outside the hotel . Staff are great , but some restaurant staff can be a bit abrupt ! Rooms spacious and clean , great shower over bath . Room 5117 looks over the spa pool and area which is lovely and relaxing . Food in the buffet was great selection but hot food is not that hot . The pool area closest to the spa area has a great bar serving snacks at lunch ...fabulous pizzas and salads . Would definetly return but on b&b basis as there are so many fab restaurants near the marina . Very picturesque . Taxi is about 77 euros ."
"The staff are extremely professional, efficient and welcoming. The restaurant staff are meticulous. Yasmina on reception is an excellent ambassador for your brand. Well done all."
"I had no faults at all with the hotel. My only concern was during late hours needing a key card to access the property. My card was a bit hit and miss."
