Beautiful hotel, room was small but acceptable, lovely area. Make sure you visit Mogan! But, the food and especially the cleanliness is terrible. The food is very repetitive, and they have no food safety standards. At the fry stations, they use the same utensils to put raw meat and fish on the fryer that they use to serve the cooked food to the guest. you are basically eating raw food. Also, the plates are grimy. Feel them when you pick them up and they feel like sand paper with food stuck to them. Good luck finding a clean one. The glasses at the self serve stations are not clean. There are coffee grounds stuck to them and brown liquid dripping off them. When I showed them to customer service, they took pictures of them and said they would 'report it', but 6 hours later, they were still there. They don't care about your safety. They claim that the food services are contracted out, but that's their problem, you pay for a quality that is not there. I and my wife and daughter all got extremely sick. They say that norovirus was going around, and that was likely what I got, but my wife and daughter's symptoms were different and we feel that was from the food. In their favour, (why they got 2 stars) was they seemed to be doing some extra cleaning in the lobby when we left, but too late. They knew the virus was going around, but were not taking any steps right away. I'm sure there are better resorts, I would avoid this one!
