The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy. Most of the staff were friendly, although the service in the F&D department was not always very welcoming. One small downside was an unpleasant smell...

"Hotel was really well located. Very central to Krakow old town. Property was clean but the bed room carpet was dated and view out of the window wasn’t great. Otherwise very comfortable beds, nice and clean big showers. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice but little expensive. Spa was nice but the pool was not narrow. I would recommend it."
