"Pros: Location to the promenade and High Roller, 24/7 Nook bar with lovely staff, helpful staff at concierge and bell desk. Shampoo, lotion, body wash, hand wash in the bathroom. Location to the Harrah's/Linq monorail convenient.
Cons: No mini fridge nor microwave in a deluxe room. No notepad or pen. Very bare bones room. Handwash dispenser leaked so I had to put a cup over it, or it would spread to my belongings on the counter. Small thing, but I hate the barn door to the restroom because it keeps opening while I shower.
Staff was adamant on giving me a pool view, but I said I will barely be there as I am in town for other engagements. I got put there anyway and the walk was SO far from the elevator, it subtracted points from my experience. I had to walk enough outside, why do that to me when I said I don't care where I'm at? Next time I have to ask to be close to the elevators. Not everyone cares about a view when they are not in town for sunshine and lounging.
As for cleaning, the staff never knocked on my door or cleaned.
Additionally, the way to the entrance and getting dropped off is confusing for regular people. You have to make sure they know to route to the "rideshare" area, otherwise it's a maze through the parking garage, if you don't know where you're going. Overall, I think the "deluxe" experience was just plain/satisfactory for the price I paid. I likely would explore other options before staying here again."
