"What a shame!
Great hotel, large and good sized rooms. Comfy beds large bathroom. Many cupboards. A great sized room for a family of four. Very useful roof top pool. Shallow but to be expected.
Reception staff moody and unhelpful. No mix up in translation. Although I'm British my wife is half Spanish and fluent.
Restaurant food stay clear. We were served two uncooked chicken dishes. Bloody chicken is raw. Undercooked (not al dente) pasta with a tomato sauce that was more pasta water than...

"We arrived well before check in time from the airport and we so appreciated that we could use the pool. The staff was very friendly and spoke English & French with us.
The room itself was extremely dated, clean but a room from decades ago.
Beds were fine and the AC was great!
After we checked out we stayed by the pool for an additional 5hrs until we were able to check in out are next destination which was also very appreciated."

"Hotel staff- a five star should have welcome drinks or a station available. Staff should be welcoming you and door should be opened. None of this happened at this hotel. I also didnt forsee the staff telling my children to not touch the fountain in the hall- they are kids and the fountain is not on (why is it not on its a 5 star) .

"The breakfast was amazing and had good espresso machines (no pods crap, the real deal). This was the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in!!! The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. The location wasn’t great, but it was close to the airport, so that’s all we needed it for. Oh we didn’t go in the pool, it looked like a giant hot tub. Maybe good for little kids, but not our 10 and 12 year old."
