"Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. "The staff of the H10 Cubik was extremely cooperative and sympathetic to our situation. On our day of arrival, Barcelona had a huge Marathon which shut down regular traffic routes and halted most buses. We had to WALK our luggage some 25 minutes AROUND the runners to the hotel; not an easy feat for senior citizens. Upon arrival, the front desk could see that we were NOT HAPPY..!! "Our first but certainly will not be the last time we book with the H10 Group when visiting Spain. The hotel proved excellent value, with friendly/efficient staff, good quality fixtures/fittings and the location worked really well for us - 15 minute walk to historic/gothic area, a few minutes to a well connected metro station and 15/20 minute Uber to both Cruise terminal and airport."
