"This place does not offer what they advertise. Contact number is not Kenyan. Very poor communication when eventually comtacted. Shared toilet and showeroom - which was unaware of when booking. Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."

"The Penthouse is a blissful experience and if you need anything Gilbert will ensure your get it. We asked if he could get us snapper and vegetables for dinner and he organised for it to be delivered and grilled for us by an onsite chief. It was delicious 10/10 and we could continue our holiday without worrying about food. Swahili house is everything we were looking for, Diani beach experience but more peacful without the crowds. "We stayed here five nights with our family with three kids. During our stay, everything was made for us to have the most wonderful experience. The apartment is large and has all the amenities you want and the two bathrooms makes it really comfortable in terms of organization. The pool water is pleasantly warm and Charles will take real great care for you to have the best time. He even got us extra balls and rings for the kids to play with.
