Shame they never replaced fresh drinking water in the 5 day stay preferring you to pay a lot of money for their bottled water despite telling us the water in all of Croatia is so safe and delicious. "We stopped off in Hvar for a couple of nights en-route from Dubrovnik to Split and so glad we chose Dela. We had such a relaxing time there. It is a family run establishment and they really go out of their way to help and make your stay special. The Dela is located up a hill just out of town but the family are always on hand to pick you up or drop you off. We were picked up from the ferry and after dining out in the old town so nothing to worry about, it's a pleasant walk downhill into town...

"Great hotel in a great position. Staff are more than helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice to cater for everybody. It’s the second time I see at this hotel and I love it if I had to say one thing as much as it is to have a harbour view room if you like fresh air in the night it is so noisy from all the bars and people walking around if you don’t mind your windows shut it’s not too bad however amazing hotel and I really recommend it."

Superior room was modern, but quite small, and the balcony overlooked a side street, so could have been better, and not much wardrobe or storage space. Beach attached to hotel is nice, and the water was lovely to swim in. Unfortunately even though we were staying at hotel they wanted to charge us 20EUR each for a sunbed! And...
