Desastre

Una verguenza, cobraron las dos habitaciones y cancelaron nuestra reserva a pesar de llamar sobre las 16h informando que por retrasos en la Frontera de Marruecos llegariamos sobre media noche. No hicieron ni caso, dicen que me llamaron en varias ocasiones para confirmar nuestra reserva, lo que es mentira pues no tenia ninguna llamada perdida de ellos. Me han cobrado 161 € de dos habitaciones que no hemos utilizado aduciendo que estan abiertos de 12 a 21h, lo cual es un caso unico en mi dilatada experiencia de viajes. Espero una respuesta por Hoteles.com y la devolucion de un cobro inadecuado. Es una absoluta verguenza y cuando llamamos a las 16h para informar que llegariamos tarde ya habian cobrado y cancelado nuestra reserva, sin ninguna explicacion y de muy malas formas. Una verguenza de la que espero, al menos, el abono de un cobro indebido. A ver si los comentarios en Hoteles.com sirven para algo. Espero noticias

Kudden och täcket kunde verkligen varit bättre. Belysningen i rummet var fruktansvärt, det var helt omöjligt att läsa något. Skulle uppskatta en kaffeautomat eller möjlighet till att kunna få koka vatten någonstans och få en kopp kaffe utöver vid frukosten. I övrigt: rent, mycket trevlig värdinna, gratis parkering. Nära till Granada och hyfsat nära till skidanläggningen.

Charming

Sweet little hotel about a 12 minute drive from central Granada. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Breakfast is included in the charming dining room. Great place to stay if you’re looking for budget-friendly charm.

This hotel is spotlessly clean and generally well kept. Owner is friendly and we were well looked after. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and our shower was broken. Overall, a pleasant stay.

El hotel cumple totalmente la expectativas y creemos que merece más que dos estrellas. Es un hotel pequeño con mucho encanto donde miman cada detalle. Nuestra habitación era amplia,no faltaba detalle,con bonitas vistas y decoración agradable. Fuimos.con nuestra perrita que fué muy bien recibida. Recomendamos este hotel.

Excellent stay!

Lovely hostess, withmoderate price for room, and the area around the hotel hav several small gems to restaurants. Tripadvisor is your friend. Not long trip to Granada and Alhambra. Very pittoresqe car trip up to Sierra Nevada!

Mycket prisvärt hotell nära till sevärdheter

Hotellet var fint och mysigt. Inredningen var traditionell och man såg att dom hade ansträngt sig. Det var väldigt rent och fräscht. Kvinnan i receptionen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Hon hade även bra tips på sevärdheter. Otroligt bra hotell för att vara 2-stjärnigt. Fin utsikt från rummet och mysig by. Nära till både Granada och skidområdet i Sierra Nevada, mycket bra hiking i närområdet också, rekommenderas starkt. Jag som inte äter gluten hade inte så mycket att välja på på frukosten.

Ottima accoglienza, la signora è molto disponibile e dà informazioni utili sui dintorni e sui ristoranti in cui mangiare. Davanti all’hotel c’è la fermata del bus per Granada. Parcheggio dell’hotel comodissimo! Unico difetto, forse, le luci un po’ basse in camera che non permettono di leggere ;)

Nos encontramos muy a gusto desde el momento que llegamos. Gente súper amable, nos atendieron enseguida en recepción. Nos facilitaron mapas y rutas para visitar. Y restaurantes donde comer. En general muy bien

Cozy mountain retreat

This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Very close to amazing hiking and an easy drive to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. It is also very close to Alhambra and quick to access Granada however we loved the quaint town of Monachil and spent most of our time at the little bars and cafes which were walking distance to the hotel. The room is a nice size with an amazing view of the mountains so you just want to hang out with a glass of wine. Alicia is a wonderful hosts. We felt like we were visiting family rather than staying in a hotel. She may a special effort to serve us breakfast every morning. Would go back!

Visiting the Sierra Nevada's in Spain

A most wonderful little hotel the owner Caroline is a wonderful woman For five euros a person she will fix you a most excellent breakfast. We had a king size bed that was comfortable by European standards room is very large. The owner makes you feel like you're part of her family we would definitely stay here again

Hotel is very clean and can see how owner takes care with every details Incense and candle everywhere let you feel so peaceful (like go to Spa) The breakfast you can always find some homemade snack Free parking is a plus Despite the hotel is on the Main Street with traffic but at night is so quite The room has a great view of mountain what I was looking for my stay
