"Another amazing stay in Melbourne. Location is fantastic. Easy access to Southern Cross Station and the free City Trams. Front reception and housekeeping staff are wonderful and the pool, gym and sauna facilities are great. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the rooms were well appointed with a TV in each room. Our go to hotel whenever we are in Melbourne. Highly recommend. 10/10"

"I understand the self check in and I love it's easy and efficient. I couldn't get to the motel before 6pm when reception closes. I rang to get the code etc and no one answered. I had to wait 20 minutes. It's not a big deal but maybe ask for an expected arrival time or if someone hasn't checked in by 6pm txt them the code and room number."

"My wife and I stayed at The Settlement on the 7th and 8th due to a family bereavement. The staff were caring and compassionate from Check in to departure. The rooms are a generous size and spotlessly clean' The food was excellent and the waiting staff and bar staff attentive. Special thank to Jason for his care and kind words at a difficult time.
