"The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. One of two elevators were broken down, broken ice machines on multiple floors, juice machine out of order and no juice available in cooler, shortage of towels due to laundry staff shortage, shortage of shampoo and soap,"

"Would stay there again. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were just ok; big suite, nice blockout curtain, needs a sheer curtain for privacy and brighter light and more mirrors. Excellent breakfast, scrambled eggs and waffles were very good; lots of choices. Bathroom needed some maintenance - sink ..."
