This was the mid-way point in our France trip (fantastic location for visiting Mont Saint Michel), and our one peaceful night in between city-center stays. It was amazing in every sense. "We loved our stay at La Jacotière! The location is perfect, a quick walk to the Mont-Saint-Michel parking area and restaurants, with a beautiful view of the abbey across the fields. We especially enjoyed taking our breakfast picnic out back and soaking in the view. A peaceful, charming place to stay, and we would happily return."

"Perfect place for a stay at the coast. The view is absolutely amazing and the personnel really welcoming. The swimming pool is well maintained, and the breakfast offers everything one could ask for. Charming, family-run establishment with English-speaking owners who readily give advice on what to do and where to eat in the area. There are some restaurants close by that can be reached by foot. Highly recommended."

"This property and their grounds are STUNNING! I have never stayed at a respite like this in my entire life! I’ve traveled the world and must say, besides Giraffe Manor in Kenya, this was the most beautiful accommodations I’ve experienced. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a one of a kind experience. Also, the views of Mont St Michel from their grounds is worth the price of admission! "The property itself is beautiful clearly been decorated professionally by a designer. However there is no WiFi and very poor mobile reception resulting in no means of using your mobile in addition there are no Televisions in the rooms or in the communal area so entertainment is very limited. I really think they need to sort this out. That apart the stay was very pleasant "

"The family were so lovely and welcoming. We got to meet the father who was so very interesting and shared many memories and stories of the Chateau and his family. Would recommend staying to all for a unique French Chateau experience. Also loved the five-course evening meal by the chef, truly unique."
