"Finding the hotel proved difficult and there was no direct parking that allowed guest to check in and take luggage to room. The king bed room was very spacious , clean and comfortable, but located on the first floor away from reception and the other rooms."

"This is a very old hotel and consequently after the rain our room had a very strong odor of sewage which was unpleasant. Also due to rain the front desk was unable to secure a taxi on our departure to train station. We were forced to walk 2 blocks with all of our luggage in the rain to a taxi stand where we waited an additional 20 min. Just including this for travelers seeking this hotel. May be wise to schedule transports in advance. Never knew getting a taxi would be this difficult. Otherwise...

"This was an incredible location, close to Santa Crocce and the Duomo. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and Fulvio was helpful, quick to respond to messages and very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here! Just a heads up, you will have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs, but it was worth it!"
