"It’s a run-down motel with absolutely no upgrades or upkeep. While it was clean and the air conditioning worked, it was a ghost town and the complex actually felt abandoned. The pictures you see on Google and all booking and review sites are extremely old! The motel is not nearly as modern nor are the sights around it - the waterfront is closed down and decommissioned entirely adding more to the ghost town feel of the motel!"

"The staff was great. Room walls are VERY VERY thin, neighbors next to me were making lots of noise late at night & early morning (adult things). Hotel is not responsible for these personal things that go on BUT the walls are thin and thankfully my child wasn't with me because they would've heard it from me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are staying with kids or you need to double check if you have neighbors next to you. Hotel was clean and staff again were great."

"Just so people know, they charge a deposit when you get there. They charge you separate for parking, they gave me 2 choices. Park a few blocks away or use another hotel’s parking and it’s across the street. I had an accident so I was not going to walk so we chose the hotel across the street. I asked for a room with a good city view, I got a room facing a wall. "If you’re super knit picky, I’m sure you could find problems with this place. It served me well for the one night I was in town. Super quick walk to the Orpheum Theatre and thankfully had parking available inside the garage."
