"We had a wonderful stay at The Montauk Beach House! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and the atmosphere was relaxed, beautiful, and perfect for a beach getaway. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach. Waking up early to watch the breathtaking sunrise over the ocean was the highlight of our trip. The property is well maintained, and the location is excellent—close to great restaurants, shops, and everything Montauk has to offer. We especially appreciated how peaceful and enjoyable our stay was. It was the perfect place to unwind and create beautiful memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Montauk Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Montauk. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality—we look forward to coming back!"

"Clean, efficient, updated hotel both inside and outside property. Pool looked lovely, nice size and easy access to town and beach on OMH. We were only there for a night. Room was very small and AC unit is loud. Mattress was sub par but overall room was clean and quaint. All amenities offered were sufficient incl. pillows & blankets, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, facial products, small hair dyer, coffee machine and fridge with water. No TV units. I was impressed it offered a private outside sitting area with such limited space. Very limited interaction with staff all done through text. Crispy Taco bar on premises was very nice. Price as stated by Hotels.com."

"If you like an elevated camping experience for a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The location has small individual rooms that can be entered from the outside. The couryard and parking lot is open, full of pebbles and rocks to walk on. The main building for check-ins isn't open from the front and you will have to walk around to enter. There's limited staff there. The rooms are OK. Much repairs are needed; minor and cosmetic. This place has a lot of bugs as there are alot of trees. If you don't like that, this isn't the place. You will need to check in on your phone and texting is the best way to communicate. The location is good if you want the Montauk experience. They provide bikes at no cost but first come first served. Lastly, be sure to check your bank account once you book, they didn't follow the payment schedule as set by Expedia and took the full amount 2 months after the booking. I didnt like that clerical error and Expedia nor the hotel were helpful."
