"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "The room size was adequate and the location acceptable, but unfortunately several aspects of our stay were disappointing.
Breakfast was offered for €8 per person, but the quality did not justify the price. The options were extremely limited: a coffee, two slices of ham, a croissant placed on a tray, and a small slice of lemon cake. There were no real choices available, which made the price feel excessive for what was provided.

"Very bad check inn.
No help from check in person. He was just interested in the turisttax, and even charge us for an extra day, but would no give a receipt for the payment, not possible.
Only one key card to the room, that a problem when you are two persons.
Extra key card not possible, but he could not care less.
We were told to contact the chat for the company.
I did that 3 times, but no reply.
No cleaning of the room during our 3 days stay, not possible were we told.
The safe was not fixed...
