"A wonderfully located, appointed, and incredible friendly staff and ownership. Anya and Francesco were so incredibly nice.
The location is 100mtrs from the main piazza and main walking street.

"We had a beautiful spacious, well equipped room including a sauna room in the bathroom.
Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble
Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked.
Good communication pre visit and especially with late self check in
Would definitely recommend -great location too in the old part of Palermo -5 minutes from the cathedral"

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."

"Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff."

The property is small, charming, and well situated for sightseeing. While there is no street parking available, the hotel offers access to a parking garage next door for approximately €25 per night. If you are driving within the city center, be aware that a daily traffic permit may also be required. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with an excellent location."

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

"Room was clean and tidy on arrival. Air conditioning had a remote to operate it, but it didn't want to work on the last day. Breakfast was decent but no eggs. Desk staff very professional. The biggest concern was a shower. The size of it allows comfortably fit only a child. The caulking around the base with black mold and smells like mold. Location of the hotel compensated for the above mentioned issues."

"Great location on Via Maqueda near historical sites and places to eat.
Lovely, clean and comfortable room with safe, fridge, kettle and a fantastic shower.
Excellent breakfast, Lory was friendly and super helpful in understanding my allergy requirements which made a big difference in feeling comfortable to eat. I'd recommend both Spera and Lory for making my stay safe and comfortable."
