"One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property.

"The room was pretty clean, but unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable at all. The neighborhood also felt a little sketchy, so we did not feel completely comfortable with the location.

We had an early flight the next morning and had already gone to sleep, so we don’t think that was a good time to come by. It would have been better to arrange the payment earlier or leave another option for paying the tax.
