On a bus route, tho' I recommend renting a car if possible as everything on Pico Is. is more accessible if you have your own transportation. "This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. "

"Place is pretty beat up and could use some maintenence for sure. Oh, and the fire alarm was going off for a solid 3 hours in the middle of the night which made it pretty tough to sleep. Otherwise not too shabby. "

"There was not one person at the property on arrival to drop bags. Called multiple numbers list as a contact with no answer. I had to book a expensive room at a different hotel. They are still refusing to give my money back"
