"Everything about the hotel was amazing. The only negative we had was the service in the dinner restaurant was slow. I am not sure if they needed a couple more servers or more training to help with customer service. But the food there was amazing."

"A very nice hotel in a great location. Close to the port, however be prepared for a steep climb or a 15 min walk around. The staff were awesome and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The dinner buffet was also good, but make a reservation. The pool area and bar/restaurant were excellent. Joao was very nice and courteous.The cons are the beds..... Extremely hard and firm... A/c in the rooms is not good either.Not enjoyable. We were a multigenerational family of 6. Seniors to teenagers."
