"So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less. Guest experience is close to none. Property isn’t clean, dirt and weeds everywhere. The room is tiny, no iron/steamer. We called front desk 3 times for a steamer, after 30mins I had to go downstairs and ask again. Property has a lot of potential if well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service is worse...

"This property exceeded all of our expectations! The reception we received on check-in continue through our entire stay! The entire staff was so accommodating and the property absolutely beautiful! The rooms were gorgeous clean!
