"I prefer to have the sink and toilet together in the same room also there needs to be somewhere to put your things while showering . The refrigerator in the room kept shutting off. Frustrating."

"The bread for breakfast was moldy. The rooms A/C didn’t work . We were provided a fan to accommodate that only had low setting . The tub had mold . The only way to have housekeeping was to stop a housekeeper if you saw them and asked to be clean your room. The refrigerator had a leak that made the floor wet . Breakfast was the same everyday. The staff was rude . Don’t book here"

"Great hotel by airport, shuttle works great and we were welcomed with 4 bottles of water. The check in process was smooth and the bar in the hotel was great. It's pricey but very convenient. All employees were nice. The only thing i disliked was the water pressure in shower and pillows were not comfortable. We stayed for the world cup and it was very convenient. Midway Rental was close by."

"Extremely clean property, good breakfast, all day/night coffee available. staff was very courteous but my experience post checkout was not as great. I reviewed my invoice and saw a late departure charge of $75. I was authorized a late checkout at no charge but upon calling the hotel, the staff mentioned that the keys were submitted later than the authorized time which wasn't true since the keys were left in the room as the cleaning crew was already there. I was put on a brief hold by the staff...

"room is clean as it should be. I had the last room at the end of hallway so it was very quiet. The little problem was a toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and shower head was awkward. Also there is no shower gel, just shampoo and conditioner. Not sure why."

"Very convenient to the airport with a regular shuttle . Arrived early from a long flight and was able to book in early for $40 and also got a room with a bath as requested. Baths are no longer common and a room with a shower only is also available . Room came with a buffet breakfast that I only wish i had more time to enjoy . Available food other than the restaurant and Bar are limited with restricted hours . Staff are very kind and helpful . Have stayed here before and was happy to be able to...
