"The bathroom and shower are shared. This is not emphasized in the booking page. we wouldn’t have booked if we knew. But, the overall experience is fine."

There are nice wineries and restaurants nearby too and the concierge made very helpful recommendations and reservations for us. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"The hotel staff is very nice. It is about 15-20 minutes walking to Il Duomo… it is in a quiet area. When arriving by train or plane use the tram! Easy cheap transportation. It is a wonderful hotel. We stayed 8 nights. Pool is very small. Breakfast is great!"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. "The gentleman that received us on our arrival was so helpful and approachable - he patiently answered all our questions which we had quite a few of. :-) Breakfast was wonderful, the room was very clean (!) and the hotel was just a few meters away from the Florence Duomo and some amazing restaurants and shops."

No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room."
