Toilet wouldn’t flush properly, kept getting clogged. Complaints were made and workers had excuses for all complaints. Robes were stained upon arrival, looks like make up!!

Overall the Riu was ok. Nice atmosphere and the workers are very pleasant. Food was descent. I think the Riu needs more visible security 24 hours a day.
