"The reception staff are excellent, very helpful at all times. We only used the bar in the evening and again the staff are excellent. The disappointment with the hotel was complimentary tea and coffee is not provided. The reason given is we booked room only, which we find petty. We stay in hotels all over the world and this is the only time this has ever happened. It's little things that can make a difference, please rethink the policy."

"Excellent front desk and bar staff, very welcoming. Room was on ground floor as requested and room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of drinks at bar but evening meal nor taken due to our late arrival. Breakfast was fresh and offered good choice and it was included in the price of the room unlike many other hotels in the locality. We would certainly book again for an overnight stay close to the airport. Front desk staff also arranged for a taxi for the following morning."

"Beautifully presented hotel surrounded by well-maintained golf course and close to the beach with distant mountain views. Immaculate, well equipped and comfortable room. Food a little on the pricey side for Spain and food and service in the bar was poor and not good value, overpriced tapas in essence. The bar staff were dour and unfriendly and the standard of service was poor, we were waiting nearly 40 minutes for someone to take our order. Both check-in and check-out was undertaken by two girls...
