"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. "It was a nice place to stay in, we had a room with my husband, daughter, and me. The cleaning people came everyday and they always made sure we were stock with stuff. The check in was a bit difficult but that was on us because we didn’t look at the preregister check in, just make sure to be on top of it. The place was quiet and everyone was respectful with one another. Other than that, the stay was perfect and they have nice cafes/restaurants around the area!"

"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10...

"The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. Aside from that, the rooms are nice and the property is pleasant. They should update the listing to be more accurate for future guests. "
