9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.003 nhận xét)
"Smart Hotel Montevideo was perfect for our trip. The location is ideal for exploring the historic parts of the city on foot. The entire hotel, including our room, was spotless. The area around the hotel isn't the prettiest, but it felt safe at all times. The service was top-notch—the young man working at reception (I unfortunately forgot his name) was incredibly helpful and attentive. We could stay here again!"

"I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...

"Me gustó la ubicación, queda cerca de todo, a la habitación le faltaba una limpieza profunda. Además de que el personal de la recepción sea más amable y empático, un joven que parecía venezolano, piden garantía por tanto toman nota de la TC, un día antes de retirarme le pido que tenga a mano para la destrucción que yo misma lo haría, de mala manera me responde que ellos se encargarían de eso, volví a insistir y con cara de pocos amigos aceptaron. Estoy en mi derecho de exigir destruir yo misma...

"I experienced two troubling incidents that left me seriously questioning this hotel’s professionalism.
First, while I was showering, housekeeping insisted on entering my room despite my repeatedly telling them to return later. They entered anyway and remained for several minutes, completely disregarding my objections. I have no idea what they were doing, but entering and remaining in an occupied room against a guest’s explicit wishes is an unacceptable invasion of privacy.
The second incident...

"The hotel was in an old building that was well preserved and very clean. It felt like traveling to the past in the best way possible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room I had was really nice and beautiful, a spacey room with an even greater terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean and other older buildings. I would definitely recommend and come back!"
