"It’s an old motel, so there are some items that show age. For example, some of the exterior concrete is deteriorating. The motel is inexpensive to stay there and because it’s old, that’s probably why the rooms are inexpensive. BUT, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and had no odors. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I always stay here when visiting Milbank."

"I was there for three nights on a trip with my 10- and 11-year-old grandsons. The breakfasts were great, as was the pool. There's enough around the Marshall area to fill the time with sightseeing, and when ready to just hang out at the hotel again, the pool more than sufficed to keep the boys happy. They said it was one of the best pools they'd ever swam in. We were on the third floor and had no problems with the elevator or vending machines. The rooms were clean, showers had good pressure, and temp control worked like I hoped it would. I would definitely stay there again."
