"At first, I thought the musty smell was coming from bed sheets. But then I realized it was actually from the mattress and the bed sheets. And the smell still hasn’t gone away from my body."

"We absolutely loved having brown stains on our ceiling, mattresses and sheets. The toilet didn’t flush properly, had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience."

"My experience at Motel 6 was extremely disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived — there was a bad smell, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. The overall condition of the motel felt run-down and poorly maintained. The customer service was also frustrating. Staff members were not very helpful when we brought up our concerns, and it felt like they did not care about making our stay comfortable. Overall the experience did...
