"I booked this month's in advance. We arrived at 6:00pm and they had canceled our reservation because they'd tried to run the card i had used to reserve the room and it had expired in the months since I'd booked. They didn't call or anything. I've used Expedia for years and I've never had a hotel so this. I had booked a room with a king bed. They rebooted me, after we arrived, with a room with 2 doubles. I think they had just wanted to give away our reserved king room. Very poor staffing."

"The room was clean and pre-cooled for when we arrived. The pool and the surrounding courtyard and walkways were clean and maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, I was praying for a waffle maker and indeed it was a fantastic waffley breakfast. For the age of the property and the price of the room, I was very impressed in the quality of the experience."

"I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend...

"The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy."

We checked out in the middle of the night and went to a hotel instead. The stairs also were easy to trip on as the metal pieces on the edges of them were peeling up... Never coming back here"

"I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...

"When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...
