Smells like weed and chemicals- multiple police officers and searching cars- Breakfast was nasty and not up to what the picture - VERY poor selection- breakfast area was gross and not cleaned. Bathroom was as gross - hair on “clean towels” - hair in shower. Only 1 broken lamp to light the entire room. Very poor basic cable"

"The room was very clean and got nice and cold due to the heat outside. No issues with the bathroom. Good water stream and got hot very quickly and I was on the 3rd floor. Location is great with a paved trail at the other end of the parking lot. And a good fun restaurant nearby. Will go again next time I'm in town to visit my niece."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! First, they put us in a larger room happily, and we were grateful! The property has great parking, easy to get to, and is so so so clean! They have a little store for last minute needs, the continental breakfast changed every day and had lovely, fresh items to choose from. "Property is well maintained and in a convenient location for Fitchburg/Verona. No one was there when we checked in - admittedly it was late because our flight was delayed but we waited for 5-10 minutes before someone got to the desk. We also had a slight issue with housekeeping not fully closing our door when they left, but the door was a bit sticky. Otherwise all was well."

"My only complaint was in reference to the toilet in the bathroom. It sits too low for an older person. There needs to be more higher toilets to accommodate the arthritic knees of an older person."

"There was no staff. There were people partying in the parking lot. People were hanging around the lobby. I could hear dogs barking in the lobby. There was food being made around the coffee area. I will be asking for a refund"
